We've compiled resources to address the district's need to train and support teachers in designing and implementing hybrid learning environments -- so that students have access to rigorous academic learning whether they are at home or in school ... one exceptional way to teach! We'll get right to the point:
Your fall opening is slated to be hybrid with, at least at the secondary level, students attending school on a Mon/Tue or Thur/Fri schedule with Wednesday being a "flex" day allowing teachers and students to be engaging from home. This model allows for job-embedded professional development, particularly on Wednesdays.
We have designed a hybrid learning model focusing on using the same structures and strategies at home as you do in school so that students can move seamlessly from home to school without missing a beat!

Please note: We provide professional development in other areas as well, such as culturally responsive teaching, executive function, problem-based learning, designing Learner-Active, Technology-Infused Classrooms, and more. For the purposes of this initial proposal, we have limited the information to hybrid learning.
